Directions:

All customers should follow the signs to Birmingham airport Terminal 2 (T2) Departures, where your Chauffeur will be waiting at Bus Stop A on the right hand side. For Terminal 1 customers, your terminal is just one minute along from the drop off point. If you arrive 10 mins earlier or later than originally advised please call 07970906031 or 08704 111118 to advise new time. CPS Chauffeurs wear a burgundy uniform with CPS & their logo in white on their jacket and tie. The Chauffeur will be holding a clipboard and waiting with a trolley for you. Return Procedure: Terminal 1 & 2 after clearing customs call 07970906031. Your car will be returned to you outside Arrivals at Bus Stops A, B and C.

Minimum notice times
Online bookings require a minimum notice of 2 hours at Heathrow Terminals 1 and 4, and 3 hours at Terminals 2 and 3. At Gatwick airport, Manchester airport, Birmingham airport and Newcastle airport bookings must be made by 16:00 on the day prior to travelling.
