Birmingham
Airport Terminal Information
Birmingham airport has two terminals, so please ensure you
make a note of which terminal you should be departing from.
If in doubt, please ask at the car park who have a list of
the airlines departing from each terminal. Both terminals
are very similar in layout and have the same facilities available.
Trolleys : The first
requirement upon arriving at the airport is a trolley and
there are usually plenty to be found at the main entrance
to the terminals.
Check in Desks : The check in desks can be found on the ground
floor and are usually open two hours prior to take off.
Information Desk : Information desk is at the new Millennium link block and is
open 24 hours. Information desk number is 08707 335511
Luggage: If you
require to leave some luggage or items for safe keeping upon
your return a key holding service is available.
Travel Facilities : Travel
changing facilities and cash dispensers are available in both
terminals.
Shopping : Whilst
not as extensive as Gatwick, Heathrow and Manchester which
are more akin to shopping malls, newspapers, magazines, medicines
and retail shops are available for those last minute items
which you may have overlooked.
Bars and Cafes : There are plenty of places to eat and drink
to kick start your holiday and begin to relax.
Telephones : These
are available throughout the terminal both with use of coin
and credit card.
Rendezvous : If
you have children with you or are part of a large party the
rendezvous point next to travelex is a good meeting area.
Children Changing facility
: This includes nappy changing.
First Aid : There
is a medical centre open 24 hours a day.
