As the Crowne Plaza works closely with Legoland, they have a Lego theme offering various lego equipment, toys, colouring books and much more. Access to the room is via the front desk where parents have to sign a disclaimer form. At the Crowne Plaza, kids have their own kids menu and kids buffet (Buffet is free to children under 12yrs). There are limited hotel services, dining and leisure facilities during Christmas and New Year.

There are limited dining and leisure facilities during Christmas and New Year.
Parking Packages
This package includes 8 or 15 days parking at Parking Express. Park overnight at hotel and in the morning, you take your car and the voucher to the car park, which provides transfers to terminals 1, 2 and 3. For a transfer to Terminal 4 or 5, take the transfer to either T1, 2, or 3 and catch the Heathrow Express (Free of charge, to Terminal 4 or 5). After the 8 or 15 day options, secured parking is charged at the car park's own daily gate price.
Please use the parking e-voucher attached to your booking confirmation to redeem your parking at the secure compound. Should you not possess this please advise the hotel reception before checking-out and they are able to provide you with a voucher to exchange for secured long term parking at the airport.
