Is the Queens official residence and has been a Royal Palace for over 900 years, which is longer than countries have been in existence. Much of the castle is open to the public.

 

Houses of Parliament and Big Ben

The site of the country's legislative assembly. The House of Commons and House of Lords oozes history of all the famous parliamentarians who have sat in its chambers from Oliver Cromwell to Churchill.
