Archway Theatre

Can be found under the railway arches at Horley. The theatre has 95 seats and presents 10 productions every year.

Crawley Museum Centre


A small museum housed in an annex of an attractive mansion, Crawley Museum Centre is situated in the beautiful Goffs Park in Crawley.

Purpose-built and housing its own unique collection, the museum illustrates Crawley's history from the Bronze Age to the New Town.


Gatwick Aviation Museum

The Gatwick Aviation Museum features a unique collection of British Aircraft including aircraft manufactured by English Electric, Avro, de Havilland, Hawker, Fairey, Blackburn, Percival.

Lingfield Park Racecourse

Created in 1890, Lingfield Park Racecourse is home to the prestigious Derby Trial.
Set in the beautiful Surrey countryside, Lingfield Park offers a unique blend of National Hunt racing, Flat racing on the turf and All Weather racing.

Weald and Downland Open Air Museam

50 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside is a very special place to wander amongst a fascinating collection of nearly 50 historic buildings dating from the 13th to the 19th century, many with period gardens, together with farm animals, woodland walks and a picturesque lake.
Rescued from destruction, the buildings have been carefully dismantled, conserved and rebuilt to their original form and bring to life the homes, farmsteads and rural industries of the last 500 years.

Bluebell Railway Preservation Society

Bluebell Line was the UK's first standard gauge passenger railway, re-opening part of the Lewes to East Grinstead line of the old London Brighton & South Coast Railway in 1960. Since then it has developed into one of the largest tourist attractions in Sussex, yet it still remains true to its objectives of the preservation for posterity of a country branch line, its steam locomotives, coaches and goods stock, signalling systems, stations and operating practices.
